- Injecting or attempting to inject malicious code, viruses, malware, or harmful scripts
- Using the Chatbot in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair our systems or infrastructure
- Any such actions may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
3. AI Responses and Usage Limitations
- The Chatbot generates responses automatically using artificial intelligence and may not always provide accurate, complete, or up-to-date information.
- You acknowledge that:
- Chatbot responses are for general informational purposes only
- The Chatbot does not replace professional advice (including legal, medical, financial, or technical advice)
- You use any information provided by the Chatbot at your own discretion and risk
4. Media, Content, and Brand Usage
- All content, including chatbot conversations, UI elements, generated messages, branding, visuals, and media assets, are owned by or licensed to the brand.
- You may not:
- Reuse, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Chatbot content for commercial purposes
- Train other AI systems using Chatbot outputs
- Represent Chatbot responses as official statements of the brand without prior written permission
5. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Chatbot may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, APIs, or services. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their availability, behavior, or policies. Any issues, damages, or losses caused by third-party services are governed solely by their respective terms and policies.
6. No Warranty and Service Availability
The Chatbot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that: The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted Responses will always be accurate or suitable for a specific purpose If defects, bugs, or issues are discovered, we will make reasonable efforts to correct them, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or flawless operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from: Use or inability to use the Chatbot Reliance on responses generated by the Chatbot Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the brand, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Chatbot
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
9. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate the Chatbot or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
